RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICIES

Advance reservations are appreciated. All reservations must be reserved with a Credit Card. To receive the cash discount, your reservation must be paid in full, for your entire stay, with a personal check, money order or bank check. Your payment must arrive within 7 days of making the reservation. If your check does not arrive within 7 days, your credit card will be charged the 2013 rate and the cash discount will be voided. 

Reservations for cabins & travel trailer rentals are highly recommended and also require a Master Card or Visa Card to reserve them. There is a 2 night minimum for all Cabin & Travel Trailer Rentals for weekend reservations. 

Cancellation policy: Seven days' notice required for deposit refund, less $10.00. Failure to show, cancellations due to weather or early departure, no refund. 

Holiday Weekend reservations must be paid in full and are non-refundable. There is a 3 night min. for Memorial Day &  Labor Day weekends and a 4 night min. during the 4th of July holiday.

Cancellation policy:  Holiday reservations are not refundable. 

Personal checks accepted for advance deposit only. No checks are taken upon arrival. We accept  

credit or debit cards, which are not subject to the cash discount prices. Cash only for store purchases. Holiday weekend reservations must be paid in full with a personal check only and are non-refundable. Reservations are to be made by telephone only. You are responsible to pay for the number of days you have reserved. We WILL charge your credit card if your check doesn't arrive within 7 days of making the reservation or will cancel your reservation if your credit card is not valid. Limited facilities are available in the winter. Bath houses are open & electricity is available at all sites throughout the winter season. Water is provided at Premier Site RV sites & Camping Cabins only
